Five Star Marine Industry Certified Dealers must demonstrate to a third party reviewer at the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas (MRAA) that they meet or exceed program standards in key areas, including customer experience, employee engagement, facilities and business practices. They must commit to follow up with 100 percent of their customers. And to confirm their dedication, they enroll in an annual education program to keep on top of the latest trends in the business.
